My first major costume construction project after learning how to sew in the fall of 2018 involved creating a tabard for Athos in The Three Musketeers. Through this experience, I learned about the bag lining technique as well as working with velveteen. I also gained experience with applying appliqués and trims onto difficult-to-work-with fabrics.
